These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mulya (the "Service"), operated by the Mulya team ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. service description

Mulya is a revenue intelligence dashboard that connects to third-party payment and commerce platforms (Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, and others) via their official APIs and displays aggregated revenue, fee, and net income data to you.

Mulya is a read-only analytics tool. We cannot and do not initiate charges, refunds, payouts, or any financial transactions on your behalf. All financial actions must be performed directly within the respective platform.

We offer the Service on a subscription basis under the following plans:

Free

2 connected platforms, 30 days transaction history, basic dashboard.

Pro ($19/month)

All supported platforms, 12 months transaction history, weekly AI insight email.

Teams ($39/month)

Everything in Pro, CSV export, and up to 5 seats.

2. acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of monitoring your own revenue data. You must not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service using automated tools.

Use the Service to access or display revenue data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.

Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Service.

Upload, transmit, or store any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Resell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service without written permission.

Use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. payment terms

subscription billing

Pro and Teams subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month unless cancelled. Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

refund policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on any paid plan. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice sent to your account email. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

4. data ownership

You own your data. All transaction data, platform credentials, and settings you provide to or generate through the Service remain yours. We claim no ownership over your revenue data or the underlying business data from your connected platforms.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your revenue data to train AI models or share it with third parties for commercial purposes beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.

You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data export and deletion.

5. third-party platforms

Mulya connects to third-party platforms (Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal, Lemon Squeezy) using their official APIs. By connecting a platform, you confirm that:

You are the legitimate owner or authorised administrator of the connected account.

You have the right to grant Mulya read access to the data from that account.

Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal, or Lemon Squeezy. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Revenue figures displayed are accurate — they are dependent on data returned by third-party platform APIs.

Tax estimates are accurate or constitute financial or tax advice — consult a qualified accountant.

The Service will be available in all jurisdictions or comply with all local laws.

7. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mulya and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Data loss or corruption.

Business interruption.

Any damages resulting from inaccurate revenue figures or tax estimates displayed by the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

8. termination

termination by you

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from the settings page. Cancellation stops future billing. Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. In the event of Service discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and pro-rate any unused subscription fees.

effect of termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4 (Data Ownership), 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Governing Law) survive termination.

9. governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

10. changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at mulya.io/terms.
